The Luxurious Montreal Lowrider car club was established in July 2004 by David Gravelle after contacting the LuxuriouS San Jose and Chicago chapters. It's goal was to promote the lowrider culture as a whole in a positive way and make it grow in the city of Montreal and the province of Quebec.

"LuxuriouS Car Club was organized on October 30th, 1989 in San Jose California by founding President Paul Garcia and Paul Apolinar. Our main goal was to start an Organization that would represent the Lowrider Movement in a positve way. LuxuriouS has always put its members and their families before it's vehicles. Anyone can have a nice ride, but it takes a special person to be welcomed into our family. Over the past couple of years, LuxuriouS has opened up our hearts to other chapters and their families."
